Heart & Flow Yoga

I hear that a lot and I love that people can feel our intentions.

Heart and Flow Yoga began in 2015 in Potrero, Costa Rica, but it came to life in 2019 after we completed construction.

The studio is built on crystals and is surrounded by glass doors that can be fully closed in order to enjoy Air Conditioning or fully opened to enjoy a breeze.

We don’t have the same schedule every week because life with 2 kids and several businesses is unpredictable, but we do our best to host classes as often as we can.

If you see a class or event you’d like to attend, please send a private message to RSVP for class. After you RSVP, you will receive the gate code to enter Finca Marcela.

Please note that our studio is also available for you to rent, in order to host your own event or class.
