Self Care at the Lanktuary
A big part of Being Harriet has been seeking many forms of self care to help me navigate my life, my hyper-sensitivity and manage and heal from mental and physical injuries I had from a young age.
Self care can take SO many forms, but I think of it as consciously taking time and space to manage and tend to my own energetic field.
The dictionary definition of self care is:
“The practice of taking action to preserve or improve one’s own health, both physical and mental.”
I’ve created many different types of self care treatments, and you’re invited to explore them all.
SER Therapy (Somatic Emotional Release)
Somatic Emotional Release (SER) is a hands-on healing method that helps you tune into what your body is holding—both physically and emotionally.
